Climate change – a case for banking supervisors?

Green swan, green supporting factor, green finance: let’s join forces and untangle this web of confusing terms. What risks does climate change pose for banks? How does a climate stress test work? And should banking supervisors engage in climate policy? What do we actually know about climate risks in banks’ portfolios? We want to discuss all these issues with you and consider how we can create a stable banking system that can finance the investment needed for the transition to a carbon-neutral economy.
